About the role
Reporting to and supporting the Store Manager, you will work with the wider team to ensure that excellent standards of customer service, stock availability, reporting, training/induction, merchandising, security and more are consistently maintained and continually improved.
You will also work closely with the Store Manager to promote effective communication, manage delivery discrepancies, drive incremental sales, liaise with central functions and ultimately support them in achieving store targets across sales, customer service and compliance while managing resource budgets efficiently.
