About the role
You’ll play an integral part of the retail team and work to coach, engage, and inspire your store teams. You can expect that to be up to around 20 locations.
People will be your key focus, whether you’re upskilling colleagues to boost capability, compelling others with your vision, identifying and nurturing future leaders, or making sure that the customer’s experience drives your team’s behaviours.
And when you’re not doing that, you’ll spend your time working from a commercial point of view. That’ll include taking responsibility for achieving KPIs in your area, keeping a close eye on the performance of your stores, addressing underperformance with clear action plans, and more.
To do all of that, you’ll need to be a driven, inspiring, and experienced retailer with a background of successfully leading teams and delivering against targets in a fast-paced, demanding multi-site environment.
You’ll have demonstrable experience of successfully implementing business plans, managing compliance, and guiding your people through significant change while supporting them with any concerns using your exquisite interpersonal skills.
Last but not least, you’ll be commercially astute and comfortable managing the KPIs and compliance of your stores.
