Please note: this role is based in Dubai and applicants must, therefore, be open to relocation and frequent travel back to the UK.
This Dubai-based business is looking to capitalise on one of the fastest-growing property sub-sectors and has a solid strategy to hit its lofty growth goals.
Now they’re looking to add an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to their team.
About the opportunity
This isn’t just a role, it’s an opportunity: an opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, step up your career, challenge yourself and ultimately play a vital part in a spectacular journey.
You’ll report directly to the Founder of the business and form an integral part of the management team, holding responsibility for investment appraisals, financial performance reviews/reports, the development of detailed financial and operational models and the accurate calculation of property service charges, among other things.
