About the role
As a Store Manager Designate, you would travel throughout the Longford region to lead, support and motivate store teams, driving performance and maintaining exceptional standards of service. This might be in support of a store manager, or in their absence.
Key measures of success in the role include sales, labour, loss, markdowns, damages, GNFR, store standards, staff retention, leadership style, adherence with company values and more.
