About the opportunity
As a Census Support Manager, you will work as part of the organisation’s regional teams to collate information for reporting, support complaint procedures and investigation and build and manage relationships with the centres in your patch as well as maintaining strong relationships with members of the Office for National Statistics (ONS) team.
Your role will focus around enabling the safe, effective collection and reporting of information while managing stakeholder relationships and promoting the Census Support Service.
This is a fixed-term opportunity, beginning 28/09/2020 and ending 27/05/2021.
You will be an organised, process-driven person who’s comfortable working to regular deadlines and with experience of performance management and building/managing relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
You should also have experience working in the third or public sectors, working remotely, be confident with the use of technology and be willing to travel as required.
Although not essential, the ability to speak another language in addition to English would be advantageous.
